Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier with your tracking number.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Note: Certain items like perishable goods, personal care items, or sale items may be non-returnable.
How to Start a Return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
